Manchester City have officially completed the signing of Joao Cancelo, who arrives at the Etihad Stadium from Juventus.
The Portuguese defender has now penned a deal that will keep him at the club until at least the summer of 2025.
And with that, Cancelo has become Pep Guardiola’s third summer signing, following Angelino and Rodrigo to Manchester.

He shared a brilliant Instagram video containing footage from his days in Italy and all the beautiful moments he had with his ex-teammates.
Of course, it didn’t’ take long for stars to star flooding to his social media account, sending their best wishes and messages of good luck as he starts a new challenge abroad.
The likes of Douglas Costa and Miralem Pjanić were among the first to reply but they certainly weren’t the only ones to post a heartfelt reply.
Costa called him “brother” and wished him well, while Pjanić and Sandro did the same and said they’ll miss him too.
All of them wished him well and were sad to see him go.
Matuidi and Cuadrado also said they’re going to miss him like crazy and wished him all the best.
