Arsenal have struggled to find their feet so far this season, losing their opening two matches before bouncing back into form with consecutive wins over West Ham and Cardiff City.
While the Gunners’ progress was halted by September’s international break, fans can look ahead to a favourable run of fixtures over the course of the next few months – as well as seeing some of their squad boosted by performances for their national side.
Among those is Granit Xhaka, a player many fans regularly express their distress towards, who caught the eye with a dominating midfield performance for Switzerland in Tuesday’s 1-0 defeat to England at Leicester’s King Power Stadium.
